WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases available on our website are available for pickup if specified at checkout. Once your order is ready you will receive an email of notification and you can make contact to arrange a suitable collection time. We aim to work around our customers and their schedules within reason.. Pickups are available Contact us to arrange a suitable time via email once you have received an email stating your order is complete..

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

We use Australia Post for all freight and courier. Once your order is complete, we will send information regarding your shipping details. Shipping times start once your order has been completed with Havarni and me. Please understand we take no responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post and we will always ensure we do our best for our customers to ensure you receive your order within the time frame listed.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
